This is one of the courses under the Master of Science in Land Administration and Management (MS LAM) and Masters in Land Administration and Management (MLAM). This could be an elective course for you. This course is relevant to those students whose line of work is with property assessment and valuation.
As reflected in your course outline, in this course you will learn how land and other real properties are assessed and valued. Based on an introduction to general economic terms, concepts and basic theories, you will be able to understand basic economic issues concerning land management and land administration.
