This course is designed to enhance the managerial competence of students
and, at the same time, prepare them to become creative, flexible and effective
school heads with excellent understanding of the real-world situation in the
field of educational administration and supervision. Moreover, this course
provides the graduate students with practical knowledge about management
control as well as gain understanding of the range of conflicts/ crisis facing
educational institutions through analyses of conflict/crisis management process
and skills.
