This course offers students the opportunity to
learn the nature of carbon in organic compounds. It presents general principles
of organic chemistry related to structure, stereochemistry, nomenclature,
synthesis, uses, and reactions of alcohols, ethers and aliphatic hydrocarbons;
Alkanes, Alkynes, Alkenes, Cycloalkanes.
