This course is designed to teach students about why humans act and interact the
way they do. Also, this course focuses on the application of behavioral science
theory and concepts to individual, interpersonal and group processes in a diverse
work force. Intended to develop in managers a greater awareness of the
problems and opportunities in managing human resource in organizations and
specific emphasis is placed on the development of managerial skills
